Hi! I’m Helen.

I'm a passionate and dedicated creative leader with over 19 years of experience in design. I thrive in fostering innovation and growth within a collaborative team environment, emphasizing strong teamwork and strategic problem-solving.

My commitment extends beyond design—I am an advocate for decolonization, equity, diversity and inclusion in design practices. I actively engage in the process of unlearning, seeking growth and opportunities in those 'uncomfortable' moments. Through my work, I aim to amplify the visibility and acceptance of historically oppressed groups, such as racialized people, 2SLGBTQIA+, people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, and others, celebrating their incredible contributions to the world.

I am also always greatly humbled by the path my career has taken and the incredible experiences and projects I’ve had the honour to work on, the amazing people I have met and worked with, and their awe-inspiring stories! Grounding in gratitude is something I try to practice every day.

I am eager to contribute my passion and diverse skills to a thriving creative team. I find joy in taking on challenging design projects and look forward to continued personal and professional growth.

I am excited to bring my enthusiasm and varied expertise to an in-house design role!
